We produce fresh Gelato following the recipe from Northern Italy's best gelato shops. Our Gelato is freshly made on almost every date because we want our customers to taste the highest quality.
We use Italian ingredients, like pistachios and hazelnuts, and fresh milk and pure cream from Queensland farms. We do not use eggs in our Gelato to maintain a lighter and not overly creamy taste. Do we have dairy-free Gelato? Yes! Our sorbets are made with fresh fruits from Australia, and there is no dairy in them! The taste is refreshing, and, as our clients always say, every bite is like eating a piece of fruit! Our sorbets are perfect on a hot summer day. We also produce other dairy-free flavours that are not fruits, like chocolate and macadamia. Our range of flavours also covers gluten allergies. We produce our gluten-free flavours separately and keep them protected from cross-contamination. |
